(More customer reviews)received water heater in good condition and had it installed the next day....been using it for little over 2 weeks and it seems to be working ok....needed to increase the temp. to about 150 degrees from 140 as with our previous water heater...not sure if this might be due to unusal cold weather we've been having or what...not a an expert...but i would recommend this water heater
