(More customer reviews)Rheem RHE PRO522 Pro :Rheem RHE PRO522 Pro Series Electric Water Heater, 50 Gallon i got this heater over a month ago and was finally able to take it out of the box. the box was clean, rigid, covered w/ blue plastic and had no visible damage. the unit is badly dented at the top side by the electrical connections and also around the base of the heater as if it had been compressed or collapsed by weight. obviously i cannot return it. i have yet to discover if the damage is more extensive than this.
i don't mind buying "scrath and dent"...i just want to know ahead of time! at this price point i would NOT have purchased the heater!!
