(More customer reviews)This product is crap. It burned out in two weeks. I used it for a very small water garden and I plugged it in just prior to going on vacation. Upon my return it had failed miserably and is now in a large block of ice. The Western NY weather being what it is I will have to wait until spring to get it out...I have contacted Amazon about the return, we'll see how that goes. Also I contacted the company and they had a very curt reply about returning it to Amazon, not them. Be wary of this product and keep in mind, if it fails the ice can damage your garden, pond, trough, etc. I gave it a two because it actuall worked for a week or so.
